Cramps...

the pain is starting to set in now. I hate taking pills. Anyone have a good home remedy? I'm hoping that this is one of the things that will be dealt with as the Yeast gets back under control. I've always had menstrual cramps as far back as I can remember. Don't know if it had a direct link to my infertility or not...but you would think it might. I just feel so 'broken'.

Oh and by the way...the PMS might not have been bad but the irritability has now caught up with me anyway.
