Colon cleansing...

Have you tried this yet? I'd love to hear about it. I'm seriously considering doing it...I'll ask my doctor about it when I meet with her again next month. I saw this thing on tv about it yesterday and just now I clicked on the googles add here on this site that said 'is your insides clean' and it provided some pretty graphic pictures of what can come out of you. If that stuff is inside of me...I want it OUT!
