Food Journal
I've started keeping a food journal again and I'm finding that it really helps me to stay on track. I'm just using a notebook and adding in all the things that are important to my health...especially what I eat, when, my hunger levels before and after and how I'm feeling.
I also just got 'The Candida Control Cookbook' from the library and am looking forward to doing some of these recipes. I'll keep you all posted on how I like it...but so far, it looks good.
