I got the kids book too since I figured that it would be a good thing for my kids too...my daughter especially is a sugar addict just like mommy. It's amazing...we buy chocolate and we both devour it in a matter of minutes. We'll give some to my son and he'll actually spit it out...I don't understand males at all...lol.
