"How are you doing with changing the habits which made you regain the weight?"

The phrase that keeps me going is 'observe and correct'...remember that one, Sue? LOL. When I get so bogged down with my life I actually forget to 'observe' and off the deep end I go. So I'm back in observance mode...I think once we observe, the step to 'correct' it is not that big...as long as we are truthful with ourselves and not still hiding out in denial and so forth. So my tiny correction steps right now are to eat 0-5, drink more water, get more veggies in (less grains), and do my Leslie Sansone videos. I've also set up regular prayer and Bible reading times each day and have a routine going to help with home management type stuff that can stress me off if it goes by the way side. The next thing that I'm working on now is setting my regular weekly menus that are flexible enough to allow for the days that we are on the go. So, quick and easy stuff to make at home instead of heading for Burger King...will help not only my weight and health but also my pocket book.

I've added this 'gadget' to my Google home and I'm loving it. I always had a love hate relationship with my scale...I'd either weigh everyday and then eventualy want to just throw it out the window because of the ups and downs...or go through long periods withou weighing myself at all in the name of 'freedom'...lol. Now I'm back to daily weigh ins (I see it as daily accountability)without the heartache.
